Requirements

  1. Minimum 10-years' experiences as Engagement Manager
  2. Experience in managing end-to-end implementation of medium & large-scale projects.
  3. Experience in handle large scale project (Min above RM 2 million plus
  4. Experience in managing IT Digital transformation (App Modernization, Design Thinking ) in Finance and Tax.
  5. Technical knowledge on OPENTEXT Business Process Modelling and OPENTEXT ECM
  6. Knowledge of Tax, Finance and Treasury, experience in managing related portfolios. tracking key RAIDs and delivering the project.
  7. Experience in DevOps implementation.
  8. Certification in any project management studies, e.g. PMP or PRINCE2 is a plus.
  9. Knowledge on AI/ML, Cloud: AWS/Azure/Google, DevOps Tools
  10. Experience in MS Sql Server, C#/Java and Angular
  11. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, Customer-oriented approach, Problem-solving aptitude.
  12. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, Sharp business acumen.
  13. Evaluate new industry trends, perform research, and provide guidance on best practices to rationalize, optimize and prioritize initiatives with industry best practices.
  14. Strong working experience in Agile/Scrum methodology

Stakeholder Management
  1. Foster positive relationships with customers as their primary point of contact.
  2. Address customer issues with speed and efficiency.
  3. Ability to negotiate with and handle difficult situations.
  4. Ability to interact at all levels of the organization


Project Management
  1. Accountable on all the outcome-based engagement projects.
  2. Help clients implement services and plan projects effectively.
  3. Ensure that contract terms and conditions are met
  4. Manage Invoice and bills for assigned customers.
  5. Prepare reports on overall project performance, including individual performance.
  6. Experience in managing multiple projects at once.
  7. Manage resource assignment and request fulfillment.
