e are looking for a Lead Developer with Design, Configuration, troubleshooting, Code Reviews, Advisory, Roadmap for ITSM, ITBM, Custom Applications with 8 + Year Experience.The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for the platform development and design, and support of ServiceNow Modules in ITSM, ITBM and also Custom Application development.Experience in hands on Platform level architecture and configurations is required for this role. Experience in the ServiceNow Digital Product Release module is desirable. Experience in Design and configuration / integration experience using integration hub/ flow designer is a must have requirements Excellent organizational skills, time management skills, sharp analytical and problem-solving skills .Thought leadership and the ability to inspire change in the organization through technology solutions .Creating architecture and design documentation, presenting technical solutions, guiding and mentoring technical staff, creating POC solutions, estimating solution costs and timelines, designing system integrations and data migrations, creating technical roadmaps Performs technical planning, architecture development and modification of specifications for cloud computing environments, in this case, specifically ServiceNow Assesses the compatibility and integration of products/services proposed as standards in order to ensure an integrated architecture across interdependent technologies Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks and works under minimal supervision Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action CSA, CAD and minimum 1 Mainline certification is mandatory for this role

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $80,000 to $1,58,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
