The purpose of the role is to create exceptional and detailed architectural application design and provide technical leadership as a ServiceNow SecOPs VR SME in integrations.
Provide expertise on new functionalities from SecOps VR QoQ
Understand Shell implementation of SecOps VR. Review and reduce Shell customizations. Drive towards Out of the Box [OOTB] functionalities.
Support in blockers on need basis- Integrations, reduce customizations, new functionalities.

- Depending on the client's need with particular best practices and SecOPs VR technology integrations as listed
- Evaluate and recommend solutions to integrate with overall technology ecosystem
- Tracks industry and application trends and relates these to planning current and future IT needs
Expectations ServiceNow SecOps SME:
Provide expertise on new functionalities from SecOps VR QoQ
Best practice share on SecOps VR Integrations- Invicti, Apiiro[Github-Sonarcube-Mend], Wiz, TVM [MS Defender]
Implement features/functionalities of each application integrations.
Reporting: Integrated Dashboard with PA/RAVE. OOTB reports.
Understand Shell implementation of SecOps VR. Review and reduce Shell customizations. Drive towards Out of the Box [OOTB] functionalities.
* Support in blockers on need basis- Integrations, reduce customizations, new functionalities.
- Technical support of delivery team in terms and POC and technical guidance
- Demonstrate thought leadership with strong technical capability in front of the client to win the confidence and act as a trusted advisor
