  • Should have Strong experience in assessing the existing on prem application/DC based application towards its cloud readiness using widely used tools using Azure Migrate, Matilda, AWS native tools or custom-built tools.
  • Strong knowledge in conducting discovery and assessment of the applications, recommendations on R-lane, Identify move group, migration approach.
  • Able to perform cost comparison between on prem and cloud applications, ability to negotiate and convince the stakeholders for cloud migration.
  • Strong technical background in assessing existing application architecture, code quality using best class tools and generate report out of that.
  • Ability to work with multiple groups in the enterprise to gather the infrastructure details, software details across many groups.
  • Strong knowledge in cloud services offerings, cloud framework of most popular cloud service provides - AWS, Azure, GCP
  • Should have strong experience in designing Target cloud architecture, identification of the right cloud services.
  • Should be able to guide the migration team for cloud migration, guide them technically to successfully deliver the cloud migration.
  • Knowledge in cloud well architecture framework, cloud security, performance and reliability assurance in cloud and ability to measure, track and optimize the cloud spent using cloud native tools.
