KYC Analyst

Location: Gurgaon, India

Job Description:

Analyst will primarily support operational risk and KYC requests in day-to-day data entry, control monitoring and management reporting. Analyst will also assist in project management work Related to process improvement or emerging risks.

Job responsibilities:

• Performing detailed analysis and delivering on-time within a highly compliant and "no error" delivery framework.
• Catering to Counterparty KYC requests from client perspective.
• Hands on different applications such as proprietary reporting and data management tools
• Monitoring daily BAU activity and escalating important issues to onshore teams for review
• Supporting Middle office and Back-office operations as part of Daily BAUs and ensuring all the tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Communicate effectively and clearly escalate queries to local and onshore team.
• Assist onshore teams with project management, tracking activities and tasks through teams
• Assist in maintaining core data sets, used by clients across all teams
• Bringing process improvement ideas and implement the same after analysis, ensuring that risk and controls are covered during implementation.

• General knowledge of fixed income products a plus
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organization skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
