Title : Analyst - Legal & Compliance
Reports to: Manager - Legal & Compliance
Profile:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
- About 1-4 years' experience in a similar position, ideally in Real Estate would be an advantage;
- Experience dealing with legal documents/ company registers/ files will definitely be an asset;
- Experience with database and document management systems is a plus;
- High sense of organization and detail-orientation;
- Sense of ownership, accountability and urgency;
- Solution oriented approach/ problem-solving aptitude;
- Exhibits positive attitude and flexibility;
- Ability to work independently but also an excellent team player;
- Proficiency with MS Office standard applications;
- Able to take direction and ask questions;
- Strong organisational skills;
- Knowledge in Accounting would be an advantage;
- Fluent in English, any other language would be an advantage (especially Spanish, German or French);

Responsibilities:
Perform database entry, update and review related to corporate and asset data governance for European companies, including, but not limited to, the following:
- Ensure accuracy of the database (entry, update, review...);
- Navigate independently in data rooms and emails to pick up relevant information to be inserted in databases;
- Update the database with any changes occurring on the data during its life cycle;
- Ensure appropriate document management and categorisation;
- Organise electronic filing on server with supporting team, file and archive documents;
- Help to maintain the company database and assist in the digital archiving process;
- Assist in the development and implementation of processes and automation projects;
- Assist with periodic reporting from the database and ensure that information is complete and reporting deadlines are met;
- Be able to navigate easily through corporate and property documents of different jurisdictions and follow up with third parties to obtain relevant documents, to answer Reporting requests for European
