Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a high impact, cross-functional AI program that covers multiple projects within Insurtech. This role is a hybrid position that requires program leadership and hands-on project management expertise. The successful candidate will work directly with cross-functional teams, manage day-to-day project execution, and maintain a strong executive presence to effectively communicate program status, challenges, and strategic insights to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the delivery of an AI program consisting of multiple high-priority projects, ensuring alignment with objectives and timelines and effective change management
  • Serve as the main point of contact for both the executing teams and executive leadership, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and resolution of risks.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive program roadmaps, timelines, and resource allocation plans in collaboration with the team, outlining scope, resources, risk mitigation strategies, timelines, and key deliverables.
  • Lead project teams, delegate responsibilities, and identify required resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Ensure project backlogs are created and maintained and ensure requirements are clearly tracked through tools such as JIRA, Service Now and Confluence.
  • Define key project metrics to track success, including product, process, and customer KPIs, ensuring data is analyzed and reported back to stakeholders.
  • Ensure consistent communication of project status, blockers, and achievements across all phases through dashboards, reports, and regular updates.
  • Establish and enforce best practices, standardized frameworks, and tools across all managed programs and projects.
  • Actively capture learnings from ongoing projects to improve future project planning and execution processes.
Qualifications:
  • Strong track record of successfully delivering complex, large-scale programs with multiple projects in parallel , ensuring consistent delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies with hands-on experience leading teams in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Strong technical acumen, with the ability to converse with technical challenges.
  • Executive presence with excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills to engage senior leadership effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on driving results and ensuring accountability across teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience setting up center of excellence capabilities and program that can be built out internally
Required Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent certification
  • 8+ years of experience in program management, project management, or a hybrid role managing both strategic and technical projects
