Account Executive/Client Partner, Montreal ( biligual)

Wipro's Canadian s trategic market unit has an exciting opportunity for a bilingual Account Executive (AE) to be based in the Montreal metro area. The AE is a specialized sales professional, who will be the relationship manager for Wipro's strategic accounts and have deep comprehension of various client/ industry domains. The AE will be a seasoned relationship builder at the Executive Level of the organization and originate opportunities for Wipro. This role is primarily sales focused and will be responsible for growth targets and Profit & Loss metrics of the account(s).

  • As the Account Executive, you are accountable for managing senior relationships across business line(s) within the account, with a keen eye on account growth and profitability.
  • Establish and build trust while capturing client context by appreciation of client's overall business goals, while continuing to build lasting client relationships.
  • Ownership of the account plan process and budget preparation in synchronization with sales executives and industry leaders.
  • Achieving contract renewals and new business development efforts towards further growth.
  • Delivery management: Monitor execution of delivery in the client account and ensure defined quality and process standards.
  • Drive innovation: Host and Participate in eventswith alliance partners and industry forumsand present Wipro's proof of concepts and value proposition.

  • Ideally, at least 10+ years of pitching, presenting, and selling broad IT Portfolio Services to C- level commerical clients (such as BFS, MFG, Trans, E&U, etc)
  • Progressive experience a Profit & Loss owner with direct responsibility for originating new sales growth within the account.
  • Broad range of selling various IT Services portfolio across client service lines, such as Cloud, Data, Analytics, Infrastructure, Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security, Digital, others.
  • Has often exceeded sales targets on revenue, bookings, and operating margins.
  • Robust knowledge of matrixed global SI / IT environments, and global delivery model/ methodologies to collaborate with offshore teams.
  • Excellent communications, with a keen ability to partner with other internal teams in various service lines and anchor jointly for the account.
  • Must be biligual (French & English), written and verbal communications- No exceptions.
