We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Executive (AE) to direct a growing account in the Toronto region.The AE is a specialized sales professional, who will be the sales and relationship manager for Wipro's strategic account(s) and have deep comprehension of the industry domain. The AE will be a seasoned rapport builder at the Executive Level of the organization and originate opportunities for Wipro. This role is primarily sales focused and will be responsible for growth targets and managing P&L tied to account(s).

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • As the Account Executive, you are accountable for managing senior relationships across business line(s) within the account, with a keen eye on account growth and profitability.
  • Establish and build trust while capturing client context by appreciation of client's overall business goals, while continuing to build lasting client relationships.
  • Ownership of the account plan process and budget preparation in synchronization with sales executives and industry leaders.
  • Achieving contract renewals and new business development efforts within the account.
  • Delivery management: Monitor the execution of delivery in the client account and ensure defined quality and process standards.
  • Drive innovation: Host and Participate in events with alliance partners and industry forums and present Wipro's proof of concepts and value proposition.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred: > 12+ years of pitching, presenting, and selling IT Portfolio Services to C- level.
  • Banking & Financial Services domain experience.
  • Progressive background as a Client Partner/Account Executive and having P&L ownership, ideally having managed > $20mm + account.
  • Broad range of selling various IT Services portfolio across client service lines, specifically such as: Cloud, Digital, Data, Analytics, Infrastructure, AI, Cyber Security.
  • Has most often exceeded targets on revenue, bookings, and operating margins.
  • Robust knowledge of global delivery model /methodologies to partner with offshore teams.
  • Excellent communications, with past experience collaborating with other internal teams within various service lines in matrix to anchor the account.
  • Local to the Toronto area.

Job Description

Role:

Manage and grow a strategic accounts. You will be responsible for directing the organic growth strategy across a strategic account portfolio, including vision setting, annual account planning, identification of key growth opportunities, proactive client value creation and overall financial health of accounts within your portfolio. The Client Partner will be responsible for driving profitable growth from the account by developing strategic client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction through world-class delivery. The goal is to make the client successful and committed to Wipro's long term through a trusted advisor relationship.

DO:

- At least 15+ years of experience in selling IT Services in Tier-1 or Tier-2 competitive organizations.
- Strong knowledge of global delivery model (GDM) and methodologies. Should be familiar with cross selling various service lines for customers
- Ability to present and interact at all levels, and have consultative sales capability.
- Ability to work and collaborate across other teams in various service lines and anchor together for the account.
- Exposure to delivery, sales or pre-sales roles will be required
- Should have managed a multi-million USD account, across various geos.
- Strong Account Management - building and managing client relationships at the all levels.
- Carry targets on revenue, bookings and OM.
- Get involved in resolving any people management issue within Wipro teams
- Generating leads by interacting with the customers in various lines of business to expand our footprint.
- Presenting and publishing the proposals (proactive ones as well as responses to RFP/RFIs)
- Interacting with Procurement and Supplier relationship team from customer organization and maintain smoother flow of contracts, invoices and payments.
- Work closely with senior customer team (CIO, VPs and Directors) to suggest, advice, evaluate, and prime business growth
