We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Executive (AE) to join a global 'Platinum' account at Wipro and direct a growing business division in the northern New Jersey/NYC corridor. The AE will be a seasoned relationship builder at the Executive Level of the organization, bring experience and knowledge of the industry domain, and originate opportunities for Wipro. This role is primarily sales focused and will be responsible for growth targets. The role will report to the Global Account Executive and carry P&L responsibility for their businesses.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • As the Account Executive, you are accountable for managing senior relationships across business line(s) within the account, with a keen eye on account growth and profitability.
  • Establish and build trust while capturing client context by appreciation of client's overall business goals, while continuing to build lasting client relationships.
  • Ownership of the account plan process and budget preparation in synchronization with sales executives and industry leaders.
  • Achieving contract renewals and new business development efforts towards further growth.
  • Delivery management: Monitor execution of delivery in the client account and ensure defined quality and process standards.
  • Drive innovation: Host and Participate in events with alliance partners and industry forums and present Wipro's proof of concepts and value proposition.

Qualifications:

  • Ideally, at least 10+ years of pitching, presenting, and selling IT Portfolio Services to C- level clients
  • Banking & Financial Services domain experience, ideally spanning Wealth Management, Asset Management, and/or investment banking.
  • Progressive background as a Profit & Loss owner, ideally having managed at least a $10-15mm + account.
  • Broad range of selling various IT Services portfolio across client service lines, such as Cloud, Data, Analytics, Infrastructure, Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security, others.
  • Has most often exceeded targets on revenue, bookings, and operating margins.
  • Robust knowledge of global delivery model and methodologies to partner with offshore teams.
  • Excellent communications, with a keen ability to collaborate with other internal teams within various service lines to anchor the account.
  • Must reside within a reasonable daily communiting distance to New Jersey/New York City client site, no exceptions.

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $180k to $270k total compensation. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
