ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
- Act as the strategic advisor to the sales leadership team, providing insights and operational support to accelerate revenue growth.
- Partner with sales management to refine go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and product roadmaps. Implement data strategies and dashboards to measure progress and outcomes against plan objectives.
- Leverage information and data to drive informed business insights for Sales Leadership.
- Lead dynamic sales planning, including territory design, quota setting, and capacity modeling to support rapid scaling.
- Facilitate sales operations alignment across the Geo operations teams. Develop and communicate best practices and continually improves sales effectiveness around account planning, KPIs, quarterly business reviews, and change management. Ensure consistent cross- team implementation against common goals and objectives.
- Establish common operational key performance indicators (KPIs) across the sales operations teams to ensure a consistent measurement strategy on key sales priorities.
- Drive data-based forecasting, leveraging CRM, analytics tools, and business insights to improve pipeline accuracy. Leverage the pipeline and forecasting processes to inform the performance and planning activities with the Sales management team
- Continually strive for process improvement and efficiency to support growth and improved productivity.
- Partner with marketing to align the go-to-market strategies by customer segment. This includes refining the ideal customer profiles and target customer segmentation models.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously refine sales operations.
- Remain flexible to address and prioritize ad hoc action items as they arise
Requirements
- 10+ years of sales operations leadership experience
- Bachelor degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Excellent leadership and management skills, including experience building highly motivated, direct and cross-functional teams
- Experience working in and leading globally matrixed teams
- Demonstrated ability to act as a player-coach, with a proper balance between individual responsibility tasks and providing coaching and guidance to the team
- Demonstrated ability to proactively and effectively work across organizational levels within a high-technology company to influence the strategic direction of the organization
- Proven track record of working with Sales Leadership to build a strategic approach to achieving
the company’s objectives
- Ability to effectively work under pressure and meet challenging targets
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills with the ability to build credible relationships across multiple functions
- History of leveraging common business productivity platforms to deliver timely business insights. Experience with CRM (SalesForce/Hubspot), spreadsheets (Excel/Sheets), and presentation (Powerpoint/Slides) tools a must.
- Ability to identify, resource, and pursue new improvement opportunities in line with aggressive business plans

Compensation
The annual base salary range for this role’s listed grade level is $163,000 to $210,000 plus a bonus for Colorado, New York, and New Jersey residents, and $ to $ plus a bonus for SF Bay Area, Greater Seattle, NYC, and Washington, DC, residents. Salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities of the applicant, and equity with other team members. Employees in this role are also eligible for the following benefits in accordance with the terms of the Company's plans: health, dental, vision insurance, life insurance, flex time off, eligibility to enroll in 401k, and 12 paid holidays.
