ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Senior Manager / Director of Demand Generation to lead our demand generation team and drive marketing-influenced revenue. This role is pivotal in designing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns to generate high-quality MQLs, SALs, and SQLs that convert into closed-won deals. The ideal candidate has experience leading demand generation and campaign teams, a strong background in digital marketing and marketing technology, and a deep understanding of how marketing and sales align for pipeline and revenue growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and mentor a team of demand generation and campaign experts, ensuring alignment with company revenue goals.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns across digital channels, including content syndication, webinars, SEM/SEA, paid social, programmatic ads, web forms, and email marketing.
- Own and optimize the marketing technology stack, including Marketo, Salesforce, and other key platforms, ensuring seamless marketing operations.
- Automate reporting, develop scorecards and dashboards, and deliver insights to leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Partner closely with sales operations to define and enforce SLAs between marketing and sales, ensuring efficient lead management and follow-up processes.
- Work in collaboration with industry marketing, product marketing, and field marketing to develop and localize global campaigns for regional success.
- Ensure marketing efforts are data-driven, measuring performance and continuously improving conversion rates and pipeline contribution.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices in demand generation, marketing automation, and customer acquisition strategies.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- 8+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, digital marketing, or growth marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in managing and scaling demand generation functions, with a strong track record of influencing pipeline and revenue growth.
- Deep expertise in marketing automation (Marketo preferred), CRM (Salesforce), and digital advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data to optimize marketing campaigns and sales funnel performance.
- Experience working with sales operations to define SLAs and optimize lead handoff processes.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work effectively with product marketing, industry marketing, field marketing, and sales teams.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and grow a high-performing team.
- Strong project management skills with a bias for execution and results.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

The annual base salary range for this role’s listed grade level is $215,900 to $323,900 OTE for Colorado, New York, and New Jersey residents, and $215,900 to $323,900 OTE for for SF Bay Area, Greater Seattle, NYC, and Washington, DC, residents. Salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities of the applicant, and equity with other team members. Employees in this role are also eligible for the following benefits in accordance with the terms of the Company's plans: health, dental, vision insurance, life insurance, flex time off, eligibility to enroll in 401k, and 12 paid holidays
