ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a strategic and creative Corporate Communications Specialist to enhance our social media presence, strengthen our employer brand, and support communications initiatives. In this role, you will develop and execute engaging digital content and corporate storytelling strategies that elevate our brand reputation both internally and externally. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Corporate Communications, HR, and Talent Acquisition teams to drive impactful communication initiatives and position our company as an employer of choice.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Digital Engagement
- Develop and execute multi-platform social media strategies (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, etc.) to increase engagement and brand awareness.
- Manage content calendars, create compelling posts, and monitor social media activity to ensure alignment with corporate messaging and brand identity.
- Analyze performance metrics and translate insights into data-driven optimization strategies.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging platforms to continuously evolve our digital presence.
Employer Brand & Talent Communications
- Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition to enhance our employer branding strategy, showcasing our culture, values, and career opportunities.
- Create high-impact content such as employee spotlights, workplace culture features, and behind-the-scenes stories to attract top talent.
- Oversee workplace awards and employer recognition programs for internal and external promotion.
- Manage employer review platforms (Glassdoor, LinkedIn, etc.), engaging with employee feedback to strengthen our employer reputation.
- Utilize data intelligence tools to shape global employer brand strategy, leveraging insights to drive targeted talent attraction and employee advocacy initiatives.
Corporate Communications & Content Strategy
- Develop and refine internal and external communication materials, including blogs, executive messaging, and company newsletters.
- Support thought leadership initiatives by curating and promoting key insights from senior leaders.
- Create multimedia content (videos, graphics) to enhance digital storytelling and corporate campaigns.
- Contribute to internal communications projects to foster employee engagement and reinforce company messaging.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in corporate communications, employer branding, and social media management.
- Strong expertise in digital content strategy, including analytics, campaign optimization, and brand storytelling.
- Familiarity with employer brand trends, recruitment marketing, and employee advocacy programs.
- Exceptional writing, storytelling, and content creation skills.
- Proficiency in design and video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
- Experience in program management, content planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Self-starter with a strategic mindset, creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders.

Compensation
The annual base salary range for this role’s listed grade level is $108,200 to $162,200 plus a bonus for Colorado, New York, and New Jersey residents, and $108,200 to $162,200 plus a bonus for SF Bay Area, Greater Seattle, NYC, and Washington, DC, residents. Salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities of the applicant, and equity with other team members. Employees in this role are also eligible for the following benefits in accordance with the terms of the Company's plans: health, dental, vision insurance, life insurance, flex time off, eligibility to enroll in 401k, and 12 paid holidays.
