About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Wealth Investment Solutions Associate within the Global Asset Allocation group that exists in The Investment Solutions Center of Excellence in the Wealth Investment Management division. The Global Asset Allocation team is dedicated to helping investors achieve their long-term investment goals through asset allocation guidance and thematic market research.

In this role, you will:

  • Participate with Investment Strategists in performing economic and market evaluation across lines of businesses
  • Examine, research, and complete statistical evaluation on economic and investment trends using quantitative analysis
  • Support, develop, and recommend strategies
  • Partner with investment strategists in the preparation and presentation of written evaluation and charts including client approved publications

  • 6+ months of Wealth Investment Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Experience in Wealth Investment Solutions, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
  • A Masters of Business Administration (MBA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or comparable professional designation
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of investment research, portfolio analysis or quantitative finance
  • Knowledge and understanding of Investment tools such as Bloomberg or Factset application
  • Solid critical thinking skills
  • Ability to convert raw data into presentation format
Job Expectations:
  • Follow processes and procedures to complete end-to-end tasks such as updating spreadsheets and delivering files to appropriate recipients
  • Collect information from multiple groups within Global Securities Research and organize the data for monthly performance reporting
  • Compile fundamental and economic data
  • Develop and maintain databases
