About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant for our Commerical Real Estate Capital team who will covers jobs responsible for developing, implementing, and executing business initiatives and programs, as well as serving as advocates for Wells Fargo's vision and business plans across business groups.
In this role, you will:
Administer day-to-day operations of the Commercial Real Estate Capital Allocation Committee (CAC) process which includes:
Develop and lead trainings in support of overall change management responsibilities

Support overall maturation of LOB Pricing and Profitability tools
Assist with the buildout of CRE promise revenue process
Provide key insights to the balance forecasting process / projections
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 5+ years of experience CRE (Commerical Real Estate) business execution
- Commerical Financial Analysis experience
- Experience conducting project meetings, presentations, and status reporting
- Finance background with understanding of regulatory capital requirements
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience
