As a Technology Resiliency Remediation Lead, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, technology leaders, team members and stakeholders to provide a consistent and comprehensive status of the resilience risk gaps and remediation activities. You will impact Resilience Risk identification by leading discussions around remediation of the identified risks and monitor the overall resilience landscape of Wells Fargo Technology. You will monitor and manage potential negative impacts resilience risks for the overall Technology Continuity and Resilience Program. You will monitor remediation action plans for timely completion and escalate any known weakness in the overall resilience landscape within the Wells Fargo Technology division while promoting a culture of technical resiliency by leveraging technology and building flexible plans that meet business and regulatory requirements. In this role, you will be responsible for providing consistent and comprehensive status reports to stakeholders which may include members of Operating Committee or Technology Leadership.

In this role, you will:
  • Lead complex initiatives to continuously assess Wells Fargo Technology (WFT) resiliency gaps, validate, and orchestrate remediation
  • Assess, analyze, and design highly complex and multi-faceted controls, protocols and approaches with respect to risk mitigation and the control environment and ensure partnership with Risk Owners and Technology stakeholders in prioritizing resiliency gaps and disposition
  • Partner with stakeholders across Business and Technology Resilience and Technology Owners to perform the Resilience gap analysis for the firm
  • Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations by monitoring existing resiliency control weakness and ensure timely completion
  • Strategically collaborate and consult with Head of WFT Technology Resiliency and Disaster Recovery (TRDR) Head to mature enterprise-wide technology resiliency and disaster recovery remediation methodologies
  • Act as liaison for the business and ensure communication and information flow by building strong relationships with Business and Technology Leads
  • Collaborate, consult, and partner across the WFT Strategy team, Risk management team, business leaders and advisors to bring together a comprehensive technological solution for the company
  • May lead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of risk management, business controls, quality assurance, business operations, compliance, or process experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education5+ years of business continuity planning experience
  • 3+ years of experience applying independent operational risk management practices with Business Continuity Management or Disaster Recovery programs
  • 3+ years of experience in the review and analysis of operational risk
  • 5 + years of experience in one or a combination of the following: strategic planning, initiative management, project management, project delivery
Desired Qualifications:
  • Strong experience from a resiliency design perspective in one or more of the following areas: Technology & Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery, Cyber resiliency, and Data
  • 1+ year of experience performing risk assessments
  • 1+ year of risk and threat management experience
  • Analytics Experience
  • Good project management skills
  • Ability to deliver concise, time critical information to all levels of management, technology and business teams
  • Knowledge and understanding of technical leadership including large, visible, cross group projects across multiple technologies
  • Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP), Master Business Continuity Professional (MBCP), Member, Business Continuity Institute (MBCI), Certificate of the Business Continuity Institute (CBCI), or Certified Cyber Resilience Professional (CCRP) certification

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$111,100.00 - $237,100.00
