About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Technology Business Systems Associate.
In this role, you will:
- Engage with clients directly or indirectly through relationship managers to support meeting policies or regulatory requirements and focus on client satisfaction
- Conduct comprehensive research and background investigations on transactions, individuals, entities, organizations or locations to identify and mitigate risks through documenting findings
- Review basic issues, policies or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained related to lower risk tasks and deliverables with narrower impact
- Run periodic due diligence reporting supporting processes reflective of the current business environment
- Gather and input data utilizing resources to identify documentation required to meet policy or regulatory requirements
- Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgment while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

- 6+ months of Due Diligence experience, or equivalent (including risk management, client service, operations support, or business process management) demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Participate in researching, evaluating and investigating low complexity transactions and data to meet business requirements
- Review basic technical business problems that can be resolved with automated systems related to low-risk tasks and deliverables
- Receive direction from supervisors and exercise judgement within defined parameters in the development of guidelines for the use of result tracking systems
- Coordinate project plans, schedules, budgets and provide information to managers, functional colleagues and stakeholders within technology business systems operations
- Interact with experienced Business Systems Consultants on revising existing automated systems that are cost effective and meet business requirements
- Work with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and make necessary changes to the database
- Test Automation:
- Contribute in developing, maintaining and executing the automation scripts in Selenium (with Java) for the implemented changes.
- Test Management:
• Total 2+ years of Agile and Scrum experience
• Total 1+ years of Automation testing of web/windows based applications and backend systems.
Total 1+ years of Automation testing of web/windows based applications and backend systems.
Knowledge on below are added advantage
a Project Management /Program management domain
b. JIRA Align Tool
c. Confluence Tool
• Total 3-5 years of proven experience with Functional testing, System Testing and & Acceptance Testing (Alpha and beta Testing)
• Total 2+ years of Agile and Scrum experience.
Ability to work in second shift (1:30 PM to 10:30 PM), weekends, and/or holidays as needed or scheduled
ISTQB certified (Foundation and Agile)
• Understanding of SDLC models- Waterfall & Agile and Testing Life Cycle.
• Experience working in Agile and Scrum- Understand Scrum, Sprint lifecycle, Scrum artifacts, Scrum ceremonies
• Experience on Test Management tool- ALM and other tools- JIRA, SQL Developer etc.
• Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
• Knowledge and understanding of user acceptance testing
• Ability to be proactive, innovative and creative in satisfying customer and enterprise need
• Ability to meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
- Hands on experience with test automation using Selenium.(Beginner)
- Have an understanding of Core Java & SQL.
