Wells Fargo is seeking a Technology Business Systems Associate...
In this role, you will:
- Participate in researching and evaluating complex transactions and referrals in order to prevent and detect fraud activities, policy violations, and merchant disputes with low to high risk within fraud and claims functional area
- Evaluate basic technical business problems that can be resolved with automated systems ranging from basic to moderate levels of complexity
- Receive direction from supervisors and assist in development of guidelines for the use of result tracking systems
- Coordinate project plans, schedules, and budgets within technology business systems operations
- Interact with experienced Business Systems Consultants on revising existing automated systems that are cost effective and meeting business requirements
- Work with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and make necessary changes to the database

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop creative and efficient solutions
- Proficient in data manipulation and working with databases

- Ability to quickly learn and apply new tools and technologies

- Planning, implementing and quality assurance for large testing projects to include test automation, test data management/analytics and innovative uses of technology or data analytics to enhance testing efficiency.
- Being a vital part of Test Automation activities covering Test Automation Approach definition, Test Automation Framework implementation, Automated Scripts creation, execution, maintenance and reporting,
- Training team members with a goal of fostering an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment
- Sharing your knowledge and developing tools and enablers to build capability for the team / service
- 3+ years of overall experience spanned across various testing area
- 3+ years of experience in native apps, mobile app testing
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, Finance or a related field and relevant work experience
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in diverse environments
- Working knowledge of Java or Python - enough to perform code reviews, provide code refactoring recommendations
- 3+ years of hands on experience in: Selenium with Java - Junit/TestNG framework in Eclipse IDE
- Automation framework (data driven, hybrid and behavior driven development concepts), design and enhancements (preference for Cucumber/BDD - based frameworks)
- HP UFT
- Version control repo like GITHUB and SVN
- Test scheduling and execution on Jenkins, etc.
- HP-QC/ALM, TFS, JIRA or a relevant defect management tool
- Software testing and automated test techniques with a strong focus on quality thorough the entire software development cycle
- 1+ year of financial services experience (Capital Markets, Wealth and Investment Management, Banking, Mortgage, Insurance); prior consulting experience is a plus
- Relevant industry certification such as, CISSP, CISM, CISA, CBCP, ITIL, ISTQB, PMP or other specialized IT certifications
