About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Technology Business Systems Associate.

In this role, you will:

  • Participate in researching, evaluating and investigating low complexity transactions and data to meet business requirements.
  • Review basic technical business problems that can be resolved with automated systems related to low-risk tasks and deliverables.
  • Receive direction from supervisors and exercise judgement within defined parameters in the development of guidelines for the use of result tracking systems.
  • Coordinate project plans, schedules, budgets and provide information to managers, functional colleagues and stakeholders within technology business systems operations.
  • Interact with experienced Business Systems Consultants on revising existing automated systems that are cost effective and meet business requirements.
  • Work with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and make necessary changes to the database.

  • 6+ months of Business Systems Data experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Commercial analytics and Salesforce data management support
  • Perform data quality management using data quality tools.
  • Analyze, assess, and test data controls and data systems to ensure quality and risk compliance standards.
  • Perform tactical and routine data quality, metadata analysis, governance activities and remediation.
  • Provide support for communications with basic documentation related to requirements, design decisions, issue closure, or remediation updates.
  • Monitor data governance, data quality and metadata policies, standards, tools, processes, or procedures to maintain common data control.
  • Support managers on execution of tasks and steps throughout the issue remediation life cycle for data issues.
  • 6+ months of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • Compose source to target data mapping / Data Lineage consisting of varying degrees of complexity based on new requirements received from onshore team
  • Conduct data validation on their own mapping or mapping output of other Data Management Consultants.
  • Understand the complex data gathering process for Regulatory Reporting and analyze production data issues and define root cause, e.g. mapping or data provider issues. Define what the issue is and provide onshore teams recommended course of action
  • Help analyzing the data streamlining to simplify overall data extraction
  • Maintain their work by updating JIRA
  • Hands on Experience in Salesforce CRM is added advantage.
  • Good knowledge and understanding/experience of research and analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail, accuracy, and data wrangling.
  • Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner.
