Wells Fargo is seeking detailed-oriented and analytical Talent Marketing Analyst with deep experience and passion for attracting and engaging talent. This role will support all data, reporting, analytics, and storytelling to showcase the impact of the Global Talent Attraction & Engagement team. The role will deliver actionable, business-driven insights that inform strategic marketing decisions, improve campaign effectiveness, and drive a positive engagement experience. Your consulting, analytical and storytelling skills coupled with your ability to translate data into actional insights will help us advance our Talent Marketing analytics and insights.

- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to support the Global Talent Attraction & Engagement team.
- Develop, implement, and monitor an attribution model to capture and report on marketing outcomes and impacts.
- Provide regular and ad hoc reporting to key stakeholders, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
- Deliver actionable insights through data analysis to help inform strategic business decisions.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leaders in a clear and compelling manner.
- Collaborate with team members to identify data needs and develop solutions that support talent attraction and engagement strategies.
- Conduct comprehensive research on the talent marketplace and competitors to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Track and report on key performance indicators to measure the impact of talent marketing efforts.
- Create compelling data visualizations to effectively communicate insights and tell a data-driven story.
- Support the creation of dashboards and reports that highlight key metrics and trends.
- Stay current industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics and talent marketing.
- 5+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in talent attraction and engagement.
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, and insights, preferably within a marketing or talent acquisition function.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, Tableu, PowerBI, or similar.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in developing and implementing attribution models.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
