Wells Fargo Bank N.A. seeks a Systems Architecture Senior Manager in Charlotte, NC.
Job Role and Responsibility:
Lead overall development, integration, and socialization of the bank's Risk Management technology strategy and architecture. Serve as the principal domain architect for the bank's Operational Risk Architecture, and Audit and Testing Architecture. Personally develop and guide others and approve written Architectural Specifications for Risk Management domains. Serve as an architectural and technical consultant and trusted advisor to executive partners in Risk CIO leadership. Participate influentially in development of the bank's Banking Product and Platform Architecture and overall Enterprise Architecture and architectural standards. Manage and develop a team of Risk Management architects. Inform and influence executive management in the bank's Risk domain and other domains on the subject of Risk Management Technology strategy and architecture.
Telecommuting is permitted up to 2 days a week. Position must appear in person to the location listed as the work address.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical field.
Five years of experience in the job offered or in a related position involving technology architecture and engineering experience.
- Experience with Cloud Services such as AWS or Azure
- Experience defining, documenting, presenting, and championing risk management technology strategies, and utilizing strategies to present to senior technology and business executives in an influential manner
- Experience designing specific risk management systems, including Operational Risk, Compliance Risk, Audit, Financial Crimes, and Credit Risk, and the ability to design an overall architecture that connects these systems
- Experience evaluating the Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) of the vendor marketplace with a detailed command of the capabilities and underlying technologies related to each vendor's offerings
- Experience in risk data management and data management, including database design, data sourcing, data processing, data governance, data distribution, metadata, and data lineage management
