In this role, you will:
- Develops, maintains and implements operational and reporting database systems utilizing the latest techniques in data modeling and ETL concepts, from business requirements to technical design to final product
- Implements database solutions and ensures quality assurance and timely delivery of data
- Develops, maintains and implements automated quality assurance reviews using tools such as SAS Enterprise Guide
- Lead complex initiatives with broad impact which are designed to mitigate current and emerging business risk issues and concerns; act as key participant in large-scale, cross-functional planning for the business
- Assess, analyze, and design complex and multi-faceted controls, protocols, and approaches with respect to risk mitigation and the control environment, including ensuring effective planning for sustainability, ongoing control adherence, reporting, measurement, technology impacts, and monitoring
- Make decisions in complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business's functional area or products, operations, and regulatory environment; facilitate decision-making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans; influence and lead key business partners to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
- Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid to senior-level managers to identify current and emerging risks associated with business activities and operations, and provide guidance in interpreting, developing, and implementing risk-mitigating strategies
- Act as liaison for the business with external parties to support timeliness, appropriate response strategy, and effectiveness of communications and materials
- May lead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor

- 5+ years of risk management, business controls, quality assurance, business operations, compliance, or process experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Proficient in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries and joining multiple tables
- Experience in designing and building databases in Teradata SQL
- Experience in designing stored procedures
- Proficient in writing and optimizing complex SAS programs
- Experience in SAS atomization
- ETL development skills
- Knowledge and understanding of data analysis, profiling, mapping, quality, lineage and governance
- Ability to take initiative, identify opportunities and implement change
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills - Strong risk management and compliance skills
- Experience preparing written reports on analytical findings
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team, actively participate in projects/discussions, work through problems and help reach decisions that are in the best interest of the Company and our customers.
- Highly motivated, well-organized, and able to execute responsibilities with minimal supervision; ability to prioritize multiple tasks; and bring tasks to completion within established timeframes.

- Ability to focus on execution of process while understanding how the process fits into overall CBFCR Banking initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate with poise. Comfortable with direct interaction with senior leadership, lines of defense, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to leverage pertinent information when communicating to stakeholders to provide a convincing and credible point of view.
- Sound analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
- This position offers a hybrid work schedule.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$111,100.00 - $197,500.00
