About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Tax Analyst in the Controllers Division. You will be part of a team responsible for the accounting for income tax for the Company. In this role, you will have primary preparation and review responsibilities related to the organization's monthly provision process.
In this role, you will:
- Prepare comprehensive tax work papers, perform complex account analysis and look for improvements in policies and procedures for the maintenance of tax-related records
- Perform the most complex tax accounting activities related to the preparation of accounting for income tax computations
- Perform analysis of complex transactions and research opportunities to determine appropriate accounting for income tax impacts
- Evaluate issues and apply sound business judgment
- Perform accounting for income tax research
- Provide guidance to less experienced staff regarding established tax policies

- 4+ years of Corporate Tax experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- An active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation (DQO0007464)
