About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Systems Quality Assurance Analyst to support the Personal Lending area.
In this role, you will:
- Document test cases and risk research and create test plans
- Record test progress and results
- Identify and track issues throughout testing
- Perform manual and automated testing
- Consult with users providing advice and direction
- Develop standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness
- Drive innovation and streamline overall testing processes
- Research system features being tested
- Partner with Engineers to develop testing strategy
- Log, track and verify resolution of software and specification defects
- Understand and ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area are met and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Lead projects, teams or serve as a mentor for less experienced staff

Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Systems Quality Assurance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 4+ years of financial services experience
- 4 + years of test planning and executing experience in systems such as: ALM and JIRA
- 4 plus years' experience with Agile
- Excellent knowledge of automation on non-UI functionalities
- Excellent experience leading and testing features via tools for mobile devices
- Strong knowledge and understanding of quality assurance/testing strategies
- Strong knowledge and understanding of test plans, test cases, test procedures, test scripts, and expected results
- Knowledge and understanding of technology testing: User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as well as production validation of technology systems in operations support
- Experience developing and cultivating professional relationships
- Experience taking initiative and work independently with minimal supervision
- Technical troubleshooting or root cause analysis experience
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration and adaptability are important
- Ability to work effectively in virtual environment where key team members and partners are in various time zones and locations
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Hybrid work schedule
- Candidate must reside within a commutable distance of one of the locations listed on the posting
