• Expertise on Batch monitoring tools like Autosys, and knowledge on UNIX scripting

• Provide resources and processes to respond to any Prod related issue in an efficient, effective and expedited manner

• Hands on experience on the below Production Support Activities

• Work on all Production issues (response/analysis/coordination)

• RCA and Preventative Actions ownership

• EACO coordination and communication

• Partner Coordination

• Production related CR coordination (e.g. patching)

• Monitoring & Alarming

• Ad-Hoc Technology maintenance requests

• Develop and maintenance of Production support documentation (e.g. run books), procedures and troubleshooting guides

• Maintain and publish Production release calendar

• Infrastructure coordination

• Adopt/adhere/improve the process towards effective tracking of support parameters like, tickets/CRs inventory, TAT, RCA, resource planning etc for optimal and effective team execution

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Systems Engineering, Technology Architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Essential Qualifications:

• Core skills - 8 to 12 years Java, SQL, PL/SQL, Big Data, Data as a Service, Oracle, MongoDB database, SRE knowledge.

• Strong in Database and ETL processes

• Working in production support activities and has good skills in automation using Selenium/Shell scripting/Perl scripting

• Good knowledge on KAFKA and BigData

• Experience with Performance Tuning, Scaling, Security, Resiliency Best Practices

• Hands on experience in delivering high value projects in Kanban methodology using preferably JIRA tool.

• Scripting & Automated Testing, Continuous Integration and deployment (Jenkins)

• Good business communication skills in English
