Job Role and Responsibility:
Support compliance-related applications. Work independently, report and demonstrate progress on regular intervals. Deliver complete and accurate documentation of the systems researched and provide actionable recommendations. Recognize areas where immediate corrective action should be taken and develop solutions throughout the review process. Work with business partners in order to understand their needs and requirements, and analyze and design the necessary solutions. Provide application design guidance and consultation, utilizing a thorough understanding of applicable technology, tools and existing designs. Analyze highly complex business requirements, design and write technical specifications to design or redesign complex computer platforms and applications. Learn the application and be a subject matter expert for the application and be able to think out of the box to provide better solutions to the business. Verify program logic by overseeing the preparation of test data, testing and debugging of programs. Oversee overall systems testing and the migration of platforms and applications to production. Assure quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported area and oversees creation of or updates to and testing of the business continuation plan. Telecommuting is permitted up to 2 days a week. Position must appear in person to the location listed as the work address.

Required Qualifications:
Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field plus Four (4) years of experience in the job offered or in a related position involving application development and implementation.
Specific skills required:
• 4 years of SAS programming experience;
• 4 years of Oracle experience;
• 4 years of banking industry experience;
• 4 years of relational database experience;
• 4 years of experience with source coding in one of the following: GitHub, SVN, TFVC, or TFSGit;
• 3 years of Red Hat Linux or UNIX experience;
• 3 years of experience with SAS in a Linux/UNIX environment;
• 2 years of Teradata experience;
• 2 years of consumer banking experience; and
• Experience with Conduct Risk in a banking domain.
