In this role, you will:

  • Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
  • Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
  • Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
  • Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
  • Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
  • Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff

  • 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
  • secure DevOps and deployment automation to VM and cloud environments
  • Tools/DevOps & Cloud : DevSecOps , Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, Sonarqube, Github, Svn, Clearcase, Conflunce, Jira , Fortify, Checkmarx, Udeploy, Ansible, Puppet
  • Automation : Perl, Shell, Python
  • Cloud Technologies: PCF , GCP , Cloud Native
  • Developed solutions for Highly Available deployment (blue- green) model for pre prod environment
  • Work as one of the key engineer for Trainx project (agile methodology) by creating the automated solutions which involves branch creation steps, CI/CD setup, Jenkins builds and deployment
  • Provide design and work on automation of new application onboarding process
  • Provide solutions for automated database deployment
  • Create automated scripts for reporting (Jira reports etc.,) and monitoring (health status etc.,) work
  • Build self service capability solutions for the customers
  • Adopt cloud migration in GCP and PCF
  • Participate and remediate Support Desk JIRA issues related to Build and Environment stability for DTI
Job Expectations:
  • Setting up automated solutions for branch creation, CI/CD setup, Jenkins builds and deployment and Security
  • Provide design and work automation of application onboarding
  • Create solutions for automated database deployment
  • Create automated scripts for reporting and monitoring
  • Build self service capability solutions
  • Expertise in one of the cloud technologies - GCP/Azure/PCF/TKGI to onboard applications and services seamlessly
  • Lead the Release Engineering activities
  • Lead Enterprise programs like - Chaos Engineering , Gradle migration , PCF Migration , UCD migration
  • Good to have experience in Digital Channel and/or Retail Banking domain
