This team is responsible for the planning, analysis, design, implementation, and control of the organization's databases. We work to ensure that applications function efficiently, and data is stored and shared securely and in accordance with architectural and software engineering best practices.
In this role, you will:
- Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
- Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
- Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
- Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
- Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
- Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff
- 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 4+ years database design experience using tools such as PowerDesigner, ERWin, ER/Studio, and/or Hackolade including in a shared environment
- 4+ years of experience with relational databases
- 3+ years of experience with deployment of software and database changes using automated build and release CI/CD tools such as Git, Harvest, Anthill, uDeploy, Harness, Liquibase, or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in Oracle
- 3+ years of experience in SQL Server
- 3+ years of experience in MongoDB
- 3+ years of experience in DB2
- 3+ years of experience in Neo4j
- 3+ years of experience in Postgres
- 3+ years of experience with Java, .NET or similar
- 2+ years of experience with Python

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$84,000.00 - $149,400.00
