In this role, you will:
- Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
- Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
- Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
- Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
- Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
- Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff

- 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience in developing enterprise software solutions.
- Hands on experience in Java full stack development
- Experience in Java Web Application Development, Spring (Core, MVC, Batch), Hibernate, SQL, & Oracle.
- Java latest features and frameworks. System design knowledge of Java based applications.
- Good understanding of Object Oriented development, design patterns and microservices.
- Hands on experience Core Java, Spring Boot, Apache TomCat, JAVA REST Micro services.
- Good understanding of Dev Ops, CI/ CD pipeline and secured coding practices.
- Demonstrate analytical, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills are required for the timely resolution of complex technical issues
- Ability to assimilate new information, understand complex topics and arrive at robust designs
- Should have good skills with build and deployment tools (Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, Udeploy)
- Should be able to define and manage multiple application environments (SIT, QA, production, DR)
- Will need to work with multiple teams to design and implement solutions - Infrastructure, Development, App Support, QA, DBA etc
- Understanding of Capital Markets at least one of the asset class like fixed income, FX, commodities or equities will be good to have
