About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a team is looking for a Senior Full Stack Java Engineer who will be responsible for the building of automation frameworks used by all scrum teams to join their Contact Center IVR & Routing Automation team .This team is not focused on writing automation scripts, but rather looking for solutions to problems with Automation across Contact Center applications, including IVR, Routing, SoftPhone, and APIs. Currently the Contact Center applications are moving to a new vendor solution built on a Google Cloud Platform. This candidate will be on the Kanban team that is building out the Automation strategy and frameworks for all the new Contact Center applications being built.

We are looking for a Full Stack Java development engineer (software engineering) who enjoys and thrives on solving complex problems through innovation while driving change at scale in a diverse environment. You will join a focused team of developers who design, code, test, debug, and deliver software to implement custom solutions that close current gaps within Contact Center's toolset. Additional scope includes enabling new tooling and integrating technology to drive meaningful and iterative solutions in a dynamic agile environment for enhanced observability, improved analytics, and delivering for matrixed customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in automation, particularly Empirix Hammer Call Master, as well as have solid background with IVR or Routing quality assurance methodologies, processes, tools, and testing strategies. They will be:
  • Regarded across the enterprise as an expert in multiple identified areas of expertise with responsibility for developing standards and enterprise-wide best practices and for engineering complex, large scale technology solutions to address highly complex and cross-organizational issues.
  • Design, code, test, debug and document programs using Agile development practices.
  • Maintains broad knowledge of other technology engineering disciplines and collaborating with other key experts to ensure we are making the right technology choices for Wells Fargo.
  • Translates advanced technology experience, an in-depth knowledge of the organizations tactical and strategic business objectives, the enterprise technological environment, the organization structure, and strategic technological opportunities and requirements into technical engineering solutions.
  • Maintains knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies and recommends innovations that enhance operations and/or provide a competitive advantage to the organization.
In this role, you will:
  • Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
  • Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
  • Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
  • Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
  • Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 4+ years of experience in developing microservices using Java, SpringBoot
  • 2+ years of writing SQL code (SQL queries, stored procedures, etc)
Required Qualifications for Europe, Middle East & Africa only:
  • Experience in Software Engineering, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience presenting to senior leadership
  • Experience or familiarity with Agile or similar development methodology
  • Experience with MongoDB, Experience with Karate
  • Prior experience with SRE principles
  • Experience with Container technologies: Kubernetes, Docker, PKS
Job Expectations:
    Pay Range

    Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
    $84,000.00 - $164,400.00
