Job Role and Responsibility:
Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is seeking a Senior Securities Quantitative Analytics Specialist to develop performance monitoring for key performance indicators for statistical models, including prepayment and default models. Test implementation of agency and non-agency prepayment models. Implement statistical models in development laboratory. Lead the development of visualization of monitoring and TBA assumptions for development team and investment bank daily. Evaluate and create key performance indicators monitoring plans. Telecommuting is permitted up to 2 days a week. Position must appear in person to the location listed as the work address.

Required Qualifications:
Degree required: Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or related quantitative field.
Amount and type of experience required: Two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in a related position involving quantitative analytics experience.
Specific skills required:
- Demonstrated experience in handling mortgage database (1010/embs/loan performance/core logic)
- Solid understanding of statistics, financial mathematics and models including, OAS framework, Monte Carlo simulation, LMM model, interest rate derivatives models and or mortgage analytics
- Experience with Matlab/Python/R/C++ and working knowledge of SAS or SQL and relational databases
- Model performance monitoring of Prepayment and default and risk models
- Experience in Tableau and Power BI dashboard tools
- Experience in AI/ML/Regression techniques
