In this role, you will:

  • To be effective in this position, you will need a good understanding of credit (ideally from a consumer lending perspective), a broad and strategic perspective on risk management, and be fluent in key technical tools building visualization and executive reporting.
  • Lead complex initiatives related to regulatory reporting, decisioning and executive oversight including those that are cross functional, with broad impact, and act as key participant in data aggregation, monitoring, and reporting of performance and portfolio analysis for Risk Analytics.
  • The incumbent would functionally contribute as an SME to the Credit Risk team for Home Lending. Enhance and redesign dashboards as per business needs and optimize the process.
  • Develop and design advanced reporting utility and drive centralization of reporting across sub-functions. Produce a thorough report along with recommendations & present findings to functional leadership.
  • Coordinate and consolidate the production of monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports for more experienced management
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, managers, experienced managers, compliance, including various lines of business

  • 5+ years of Risk Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • Qualified candidates must have excellent data visualization skills, high degree of initiative, strong partnering and interpersonal skills, solid project/process management skills, as well as communication and SQL coding skills. Qualified candidates must also possess a results driven attitude committed to quality work.
Desired Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar role Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field such as applied mathematics, statistics, engineering, finance, economics, econometrics or computer sciences
  • 4 years of experience in credit risk analytics
  • 5 years of data visualization experience in Tableau, Power BI
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong data visualization and analytics skills
  • Must have excellent communication skills, high degree of initiative, strong partnering and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to conduct reconciliation efforts and report findings in support of research activities
  • Must possess a results driven attitude committed to quality work.
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
  • Flexibility with changing priorities
  • Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management
  • BI tools Expertise - Executive and regulatory reporting experience is a must
  • Bachelor's degree in quantitative discipline •
  • Lead reporting initiative and centralization effort, work with Policy and analytics team to build custom dashboards
  • Experience within the US Home Lending environment
  • Familiarity with account/portfolio management within the banking industry
  • Demonstrated excellence at developing sound credit processes and enhancing existing reporting
  • Proficiency with SQL & data visualization tools such as Tableau and Python is good to have
  • Knowledge of SAS programs and Alteryx to make processes more efficient
  • Ability to identify and manage complex issues and negotiate solutions within a geographically dispersed organization
  • Understanding of bank data sets and other industry data sources
  • Drive strategic initiatives and support team in meeting business goals
