About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Risk Analytics Consultant.

You will be a Senior Risk Analytics Consultant in the SERM CRRA team. This team is responsible for building easy to use visualization for a meaningful business insights using complex datasets for our global stakeholders. The team is also responsible for testing key reports and produce process documentation

In this role, you will:

  • Use a data driven approach to identify trends, topics and patterns across Operational risk and Enterprise Risk Program datasets to inform credible challenge.
  • Develop BI solutions using Tableau or PowerBI based on Business requirement documentation provided
  • Responsible to deliver an effective user experience on dashboards / reports to drive adoption and self service

4+ years of Risk Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in reporting, analytics; developing and creating BI dashboards, working on end-to-end reports using Tableau.
  • Experience working with SQL/Teradata or other data management, reporting, and query tools
  • Exposure in risk management preferred
  • Strong analytical skills including analyzing complex data, data mining and intellectual curiosity with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
  • Collaboration and creative problem-solving and effective communication with all levels of team members and management.
  • Experience of working across one or more geographic territories or regions
  • Certification in Risk Management
