About the role

This team will be responsible to review the US completed work for data accuracy for Member syndicated loans- Non agented for WLS. This team will need to have access to two systems of records and procedures to follow in order to complete this QC process. Details of the process includes:

- reviewing inputs on the systems of record

- reviewing imaged documents

- verifying applicable data in other systems

The team member will establish a feedback and escalation loop with the US, as any error will be passed back to the team member for corrections to the data.

Inline QC work for the process, these will be on LIQ system for process supports Wholesale Board and Fund.

The I&P Team member will be responsible for evaluating, monitoring and reviewing processes, documentation and/or files to ensure compliance with internal company requirements and government regulations. Functions may include evaluating processes to ensure the business standards are adhered to; providing guidance to team members regarding documentation, systems and processes to ensure company standards are met. Ensures corrective action on exceptions and problems identified and proper procedures were followed. Ensures identified risks are clearly documented and interacts with appropriate parties for timely resolution. Performs ongoing reviews and generates reports summarizing results. Identifies risks and problem areas and recommends standards, policies, and procedures to correct deficiencies and improve performance. May design and conduct training programs.

• Understanding of basic commercial loan documents and related clauses.

• Flexible to work as per the business requirement.

• Ability to set priorities, plan and organize key deliverables.

• Work independently to achieve results within time constraints.

• Ability to effectively communicate well with US counterparts.

• Strong analytical skills

Desired Qualification

• Eligible candidate must be a graduate or post graduate in finance with good understanding of commercial lending business and basic loan documents.

• 4 plus years of work experience in commercial lending stream

•Consistent performance w.r.t all key deliverables

•Training and coaching ability
