About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the Consumer & Business Deposits Mass Markets Financial Product team. This team is responsible for developing product value propositions, experiences, and go-to market strategies that drive customer and balance growth with high customer satisfaction. As a key member of the Mass Market Financial Products team, you will be responsible for providing the critical research and analytic underpinnings to drive our product strategies.

In this role, you will:

  • Analyze business performance to identify and explain drivers and trends and present insights on opportunities and solutions.
  • Monitor customer needs, competition, market dynamics via internal/external research to inform product, solution and experiences.
  • Develop and influence business plans and metrics, requirements, and change implementations across multiple groups.
  • Understand impacts to plan and provide input for forecasting.
  • Partner with analytical and finance teams across the organization to gain understanding of data and insights.
  • Work with data analysts to develop reports and provide analytical insights to drive decisions and priorities of projects.
  • Develop sound business cases to justify investments in systems and processes and work with business partners to gain agreement and acceptance for business case projections.
  • Engage, collaborate, and influence leaders, stakeholders, partners, subject matter experts.
  • Support other team projects as needed.
Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Product Management experience, product development experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

  • Detail oriented with solid analytical skills and ability to synthesize data to make decisions
  • Proven track record of delivering results
  • Self-starter with high energy and motivation who works well independently and can lead cross-functional teams

  • Strong sense of urgency and results oriented with the ability to motivate teams and mobilize resources
  • Ability to visualize, articulate, and solve problems
  • Comfortable working with a wide variety of corporate executives, channels, marketing, operations, and other business partners
  • Strong ability to assess market and competitive conditions
  • Ability to create clear and compelling presentations with exceptional strategic "storytelling" skills
  • Exceptional organization, coordination, and time management skills
  • High degree of comfort with data, analysis, metrics and financials to identify opportunities or understand problems
Job Expectations:
  • Ability to travel up to 10%

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$73,100.00 - $129,900.00
