Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Product Management experience, product development experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Product Owner experience and/or certification
• Strong Agile and Scrum experience
• Experience with product design.
• Experience with Credit Card product management, operations, and services.
• Strong experience working with stakeholders, business partners and senior leaders in transformation of the business.
• JIRA Experience
• Knowledge of software development workflow
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Strong data analytics skills
• Operates independently with minimal supervision, and effectively manages work requests to meet performance expectations.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends as needed.
• Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.
