In this role, you will:

  • Partner with group managers to design and implement strategic data to meet group or company goals
  • Perform complex statistical analysis and applies analysis to initiatives that support business strategies
  • Process broad based technical and business knowledge to anticipate emerging issues
  • Recommend subsequent strategies and business directions
  • Manage or participate on large cross group projects
  • Make decisions on matters with some financial impact and risk
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

  • 4+ years of Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience with payment processing and/or settlement, particularly relating to Checks, Wires and ACH
  • 2+ years technical proficiency of VBA, Excel, and SQL
  • Experience in analytical research
  • Ability to interpret data and utilize information to develop solutions for streamlining processes
  • Ability to self-manage and work independently in a production/deadline risk-oriented environment
  • Experience working in a collaborative virtual team environment
  • Ability to quickly solve problems and escalate as necessary to eliminate risks and ensure compliancy
  • Ability to effectively communicate with peers and across various levels of leadership
  • Systems knowledge of EMTS and GMTS (wire transfer systems)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, IrisWeb/EagleWeb, and Fedline Web
Job Expectations:
  • Ability to work on-site at one of the work locations
  • Hours are 10am-7pm ET (or Fedwire close)
  • Role requires flexibility to cover other functions and shifts which may start as early as 6am ET
