In this role, you will:

  • Support Operations in completing larger and more complex business, operational, and customer support initiatives and overall effectiveness of team performance
  • Skilled in use of computers and 10 key, keyboard
  • Attention to detail: Accuracy and thoroughness in accomplishing a task through concern for all the areas involved. Performing with a level of transparency and mastery of our work environment that results in no surprises.
  • High Productivity - To increase efficiency and expense discipline. Fulfills responsibilities by exceeding and or meeting established goals.
  • Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Use technical expertise in the designated area and resolve escalated issues
  • Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and customer support
  • Perform complex operational and customer support initiatives within Operations functional area
  • Assist staff, managers, and colleagues and provide guidance and interpretation of policies and procedures
  • Apply technical knowledge and expertise to perform work and action requests
  • Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to staff
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Interact with internal customers

  • 4+ years of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • 4+ years Financial Services Experience
  • Fraud Detection experience in check negotiation
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Ability to execute actions in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities and meeting strict deadlines
  • 10-Key Data Entry Experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to make complex decisions
  • Ability to adjust and adapt to change
  • Knowledge and understanding of bank systems including knowledge of Hogan
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Job Expectations:
  • This position will require onsite presence in a hybrid arrangement
  • 40 hours per week Monday - Friday the start time is 5:00am -1:30pm ET. Schedules will be set as need is determined.
  • Additional hours may be required daily to meet SLA.
