About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Operations Processor (Work Director) for Payment Operations .
In this role, you will:
- Effectively manage workflow of production tasks efficiently to facilitate the site in meeting or exceeding performance standards
- Proactively assist employees to meet or exceed productivity standards by collaborating with management to coach and drive efficiency through workflow and accountability using available resources
- Provide fact-based, and direct feedback to employees and coach to behaviors that enhance client satisfaction, demonstrate professionalism, proper workflow handling, problem solving, eliminate repeat risk occurrences
- Actively engage, by providing daily coaching, teaching and sharing knowledge to help employees understand and know where their resources are located and how they apply to their respective roles
- Support Operations in completing larger and more complex business, operational, and customer support initiatives and overall effectiveness of team performance
- Use technical expertise in the designated area and resolve escalated issues
- Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and customer support
- Perform complex operational and customer support initiatives within Operations functional area
- Assist staff, managers, and colleagues and provide guidance and interpretation of policies and procedures
- Apply technical knowledge and expertise to perform work and action requests
- Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to staff
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Interact with internal customers
- Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

- 4+ years of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Lockbox experience
- Leadership skills including coaching, training, and mentoring
- Ability to lead, train, and provide feedback to staff and corresponding managers
- Experience meeting operational goals
- Ability to achieve high production and quality standards
- Ability to coordinate completion of multiple tasks and meet aggressive time frames
- Ability to motivate staff to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
- Strong quality review skills
- 10-key numerical data entry experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Capacity to work overtime, as required
- Ability to lift 15 lbs
- Ability to stand for long periods of time without getting tired
