About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Marketing Consultant - Desktop Publishing as part of the National Sales team in Commercial Banking (CB). The role will support the development and execution of marketing collateral that enhance Wells Fargo's brand and be responsible for producing a variety of complex pitches, presentations, and documents. The role will leverage templates to ensure content is brand compliant and free from spelling and grammar errors. They will set up projects for PDF or print, and create marketing collateral which will consist of advertising, pitch books, fact sheets, events/sponsorship ads, and branding for domestic and international markets. This role will collaborate across multiple lines of business and industry groups and will report to the Chief Marketing Officer of Wells Fargo Commercial Banking. In this role, you will:
  • Develop and/or update various forms of marketing collateral and work closely with Marketing Leads to support business teams as they execute on priorities and deepen client relationships. Manage end-to-end updates and approvals to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Pull requests from the queue and deliver on-time, quality results for desktop publishing needs.
  • Become an expert in and advocate for the Wells Fargo brand
  • Develops the more complex charts, graphs, tables, and moderate maps according to brand standards, while offering a consultative approach and multiple solutions for the clients.
  • Review jobs for quality, brand adherence, accuracy, and completeness
  • Work with Graphic Designers on requests that require more out-of-the-box output
  • Participate in designing aesthetics, layout of primarily new graphics, logos, interactive media, product artwork, and marketing materials to enhance company brand images
  • Collaborate with various centers of excellence to drive efficiencies, strong outcomes, and ensure alignment with Wells Fargo's strategy/policies and business line objectives.
  • Effectively communicates collateral progress and mitigates risk issues.
  • Builds relationships with partner groups and the business to better inform the creation and/or updating of marketing materials.
  • Coordinates proper approvals with the business and brand partners.
  • Ensures adherence to Legal, Compliance and Privacy regulations and policies related to marketing and brand.
  • Analyze product collateral design, development, distribution, regional marketing, and sales support including local advertising or brand awareness, sponsorships, promotions, sales campaigns, tracking, research, and reporting on trends and program effectiveness
  • Collaborate and consult with product areas, technology, customer care, other organizational units, alliance partners, vendors, and line managers to recommend solutions to a wide range of difficult problems
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of Marketing, E-business, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of presentation design and/or print design experience
  • 4+ years of B2B marketing program development experience
  • 3+ years of content development
  • Experience developing PowerPoint presentations that include complex charts and graphic design created by using Adobe Acrobat PRO, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Dreamweaver
  • Advanced level experience in MS Office Suite
  • 1 + years of Commercial Banking business expertise
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail and time management
  • Strong interpersonal skills: proven client service expertise required in order to create, maintain, and enhance strong relationships across the enterprise
  • Strong program solving skills and ability to multiple priorities at the same time
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills, including proofreading
  • A BS/BA degree or higher

Pay Range:

California Pay Range: $87,700 - $155,900 USD annual (this range may not be applicable to other locations)
