About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Loan Servicing Representative

In this role, you will:

  • Provide training and guidance to less experienced Commercial Loan Servicing representatives in interpreting and understanding complex policies as well as managing cross group project
  • Research, respond to and resolve complex inquiries
  • Train others on complex loan agency inquiries and servicing language in loan documentation and interpretation, as well as an understanding of financial services and customer support
  • Coordinate and reconcile all loan advances and payments with member banks and customers and books letters of credit
  • Support loan trading and assignments
  • Prioritize work and provide day to day work leadership and mentorship to the support team
  • Lead or contribute to customer issue resolutions that require coordination amongst various teams
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Interact with internal customers
  • Receive direction from leaders
  • Exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

  • 6+ years of Commercial Loan Servicing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of EMEA Commercial Loan Servicing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Knowledge on Loan IQ
  • Good understanding on Loan servicing, Deal administration, Loan Boarding/Modification, Escrow management, Draw review & Funding process, Inspections, Payoff, BQR/CQR, Loan workouts.
  • Strong knowledge of MS-Excel, MS-Word
  • Good English Oral and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and document interpretation skills
  • Knowledge in Commercial Mortgage Servicing
Job Expectations:
  • University Masters/bachelor's degree in business or related discipline
  • Flexible with the shift timings (13:30 -22:30 IST)
  • Fee invoicing, control reporting, and audit confirmations.
  • Money movement activities for CRE client accounts and associated invoicing
  • ICMP imaging
  • SYNDTRAK documentation uploads.
  • Flexibility towards work on different processes/assignments
  • Working with teams and be an active participant
  • Exhibits a commitment to the company
  • Ability to set priorities, plan and organize work
  • Demonstrates/maintains professional conduct under all circumstances
  • Ability to conduct process trainings as when required
  • Ability to work independently and generate MIS reports for the process
  • Takes ownership for the responsibilities
  • Motivates himself and the team in achieving team goals
