In this role, you will:
- Develop and execute customized strategies to align client portfolios with specific goals, benchmarks, and risk tolerances
- Conduct portfolio analysis using advanced tools and techniques, maintaining alignment with client guidelines and performance goals
- Continuously monitor and optimize portfolios to enhance after-tax returns and ensure alignment with evolving client objectives
- Partner with EO leadership to evaluate emerging trends in direct indexing and tax-efficient investing, ensuring EO remains at the forefront of industry innovation
- Provide strategic guidance for the adoption of innovative business intelligence tools and analytic platforms
- Drive the development and implementation of innovative technology solutions to address existing workflow and reporting challenges and expand tax-efficient portfolio offering
- Serve as a senior advisor to investment professionals, providing insights on portfolio construction, tax strategies, and transition management
- Support EO leadership in the execution of enhanced risk management frameworks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning

- 7+ years of Wealth Investment Portfolio Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 5 years' experience leading cross-functional teams, drive large-scale projects, and influence strategic decisions
- Advanced technology skillset and understanding of tools like Microsoft Power Tools and Alteryx with a skillset to strategically apply capabilities to advance business objectives
- Demonstrated experience with modern portfolio management platforms and an understanding of technology's role in delivering innovative financial solutions
- Working knowledge in direct indexing, tax-loss harvesting, transition management, and tax-optimized investment strategies
- Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
- Strong investment background with a demonstrated understanding of investment management, securities markets and trading, and portfolio management
- Experience managing/servicing client investment portfolios/relationships.
- Investment management (e.g. Portfolio Services Group) and/or investment implementation (e.g. Equity Optimization or Managed Disciplined Strategies) experience
- Knowledgeable in use of automated investment management, asset allocation, reconciliation, and trading systems, e.g., Aladdin Wealth PPMT Centralized Portfolio Management, Moxy, FiServ, SEI, CRD, Invest Cloud, etc.
- Advanced degree MBA in finance, economics, or a related discipline
- Active FINRA Series 65 or CFA
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
- This position offers a hybrid work schedule
- Registration for FINRA Series 65 must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted.
