Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Strategy & Planning Consultant as a part of the Consumer Operations team. The team has embarked on a large-scale program to transform the contact centers of the enterprise. The objective is to implement a cloud-based contact center as a service (CCaaS) platform to replace the infrastructure in all contact centers. The Senior Lead Strategy & Planning Consultant will report to the Head of the CCaaS Program. The role will be responsible for providing strategic oversight of the program, collaborating with all the different workstreams, Wells Fargo Technology teams and ensuring that the program is continuously moving forward to achieve its strategic goals. In this role, you will:
- Act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives, and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management
- Maintain line of sight on all parts of the Program, and capture/summarize key updates/topics to Operations and Bank leadership
- Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to Business Execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large scale solutions
- Partner with change management teams, provide critical insights on changes to different stakeholders
- Collaborate with the chosen vendor and implementation partner to ensure all Program milestones and objectives are being achieved
- Lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans
- Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership
- Monitor the program business case, critical KPIs and ensure that program meets and exceeds them
- Work with Internal Risk and Controls teams to proactively identify risks and implement measures to mitigate them
- Oversee executive communications aspect of the program, development of any/all program deliverables and artifacts
- 7+ years of Strategy and Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 7+ years experience in management consulting or strategy roles
- 7+ years of professional experience working on large technology and business transformation programs
- Experience working within large banking institutions
- Contact center experience
- Highly advanced skills in executive communications, presentations with senior executives
- Experience leading projects with multi-disciplinary teams comprised of technology professionals, program managers, business operations executives
- Proven leader: demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, set vision and get buy-in, attract & develop talent, and build strong partnerships across a large, matrixed organization
- Ability to travel up to 10%
