Wells Fargo is seeking a Human Resource Senior Program Manager (Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant) , to join the growing HR Strategic Initiatives team within HR Transformation & Products. The individuals in this role will work with HR executives and key senior leaders to set vision, strategy, and drive outcomes for the most strategic initiatives within HR. In this role, you will:
- Lead complex enterprise initiatives that include multiple business functions and all HR products
- Engage with multiple senior-level executives simultaneously to push projects forward in a matrixed environment
- Ensure the successful execution of the program through effective program management
- Synthesize complex information into a clear and compelling narrative
- Present a cohesive and strategic roadmap for the program
- Align program initiatives with organizational priorities
- Develop and implement various approaches (KPIs, OKRs, etc.) to measure the effectiveness and impact of HR initiatives on organizational goals, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment
- Champion innovation in HR strategies and methodologies, driving transformative change across the organization to enhance employee engagement and operational efficiency
- Identify, assess, and manage risks associated with the program to ensure successful delivery
- Provide executive level status updates to stakeholders and leadership

- 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 6+ years of experience partnering with senior management and leaders to influence and consult on complex programs, initiatives, and problem resolution
- 6+ years of enterprise program discovery/management experience (including, but not limited to, needs assessments, identifying root cause issues, developing strategy, building business cases, data/metrics, influencing, and tracking/reporting status/results)
- Experience compiling and summarizing information in a compelling way that tells a story which can be shared with senior leaders to inform and influence solution direction and meet business objectives via executive-level presentations
- Experience leading strategic initiatives, programs and/or projects, collaborating across a large organization
- Self-motivated and ability to motivate and lead a team
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated critical thinking and thought leadership
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to become a trusted advisor to business owners
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint Online)
- 2+ years of experience in developing and implementing new Human Resources (HR) business strategies while managing risk and compliance
- Recent experience independently planning, organizing, and leading enterprise-wide initiatives
- Practical knowledge of HR metrics to benchmark, measure, analyze and articulate the value and ROI of HR initiatives, practices, and policies
- 1+ years of experience working on agile or product management teams
- This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
- Travel: 5-10%
- This position is a hybrid work model, must be willing to work out of Charlotte, NC, Minneapolis, MN, Phoenix, AZ, Dallas, TX, San Antonio, TX, Des Moines, IA approximately 3 days a week

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$120,400.00 - $250,000.00
