Wells Fargo is seeking Senior Lead Product Manager that will be responsible for product management and strategic focus for the Fraud Alert & Queue Management Area Product in the Fraud Detection Operations Product within Fraud & Claims Management supporting multiple Global Operations teams and CSBB businesses. The product manager will be accountable for building target-state solutions to enable real-time, intelligent agent experiences, and enable advanced analytics to drive critical customer and business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a blend of skills and demonstrated work experience in Product Management, Data/Analytics/Middleware, Technology Delivery, and strong Leadership skills.

In this role, you will be:
- Accountable for articulating product area vision, define scope, prioritize feature backlog, establish goals, and provide direction for teams to design/develop/ deliver technology and processes for Fraud Operations
- Works with leaders, stakeholders, SMEs, scrum masters, project managers and delivery team to ensure success and evangelize the vision of the product area to key partners and stakeholders
- Drives requirements, incorporating product expertise and define, manage, refine and prioritize the product backlog. Adjusts planning in situations that may include financial, control, or process roadblocks. Inspects pre-release progress, recommends changes, and ensures timelines are met.
- Ensures cross-functional dependencies are articulated, managed, and addressed by all constituents.
- Effectively manages demand / capacity producing reliable forecasted completion timelines.
- Develops/ monitors key performance indicators, identifies improvement opportunities, and ensures all regulatory and policy compliance
- Provide strategic, innovative, and creative solutions with 'can-do' attitude.
- Provide servant leadership to encourage the development of empowered Scrum teams
- 7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Strong Knowledge of Fraud Operations applications including Fraud Services, CoBRRa and Prevent
- Understanding of product management: customer-backed thinking, analytical-mindset, technology-focus
- Experience in development of product strategies and roadmaps, management of products ranging from concepts in ideation through to market delivery with emphasis in the Fraud and Claims Management space
- Experience utilizing Product Management disciplines of leading, coaching, and motivating teams to deliver value in alignment with OKRs
- Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment, using analytical skills and orientation in making decisions
- Experience delivering software products using agile /scrum principles
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, in particular with establishing and advocating points of view.
- Ability to effectively build relationships and interact with all levels of the organization
- Facilitation and collaboration skills, including ability to facilitate decision-making and broker agreements amongst diverse, differing, and/or conflicting perspectives/priorities
- Experience communicating and presenting complex information to multiple levels of the organization, translating data into understandable, actionable information and recommendations
- Ability to bring successful products to market on time, incorporating a variety of development and delivery strategies (third party, insourcing, outsourcing)
- Experience navigating matrixed organizations and teams with proven success in leveraging the right people and resources at the right time for consistent and dependable delivery of optimal value to the customer and the business
- Ability to travel 20% of the time
