About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Product Manager to lead the strategic direction and management of the Consumer Fraud Product Area within the Fraud Management Product, which is a part of Fraud & Claims Management in Global Operations. The Fraud Management Product supports the breadth of Wells Fargo's consumer products and partners with line-of-business, technology, operations, risk and strategy teams across the enterprise. This high-profile product leadership position will be accountable for leading a cross-functional business and technology product area team responsible for developing and deploying strategic Deposits, Debit Card and Credit Card solutions that drive high-value customer and business outcomes. The ideal candidate must have strong communication and leadership skills and demonstrated product management and technology delivery experience in a complex and highly matrixed environment.

In this role, you will:
  • Be accountable for articulating the product area vision, establishing product goals and key result targets, prioritizing the product backlog, and providing direction to product owners and agile teams tasked to design, develop and deliver high-impact solutions.
  • Work with business and technology executives, senior leaders, stakeholders, and cross-functional enablement resources to ensure the product's success.
  • Stay apprised of emerging opportunities and key competitor solutions.
  • Be an innovator and thought leader.
  • Oversee functional and non-functional requirements development and prioritization within the product backlog.
  • Effectively manage team capacity and forecasting.
  • Navigate dependencies, and financial, control, or process challenges.
  • Oversee functional and non-functional requirements development and prioritization within the product backlog.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators, identify team improvement opportunities, and ensures all regulatory and policies are met.
Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, and education.
Desired Qualifications:
  • 9+ years of Product Management, product development
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Comfortable working under pressure, in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively build relationships and interact with and influence all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and managing successful product strategies and delivery roadmaps at a large financial institution
  • Demonstrated experience managing a product from ideation to delivery
  • Experience in the development of product strategies and roadmaps
  • Experience delivering software products using agile/scrum principles
  • Facilitation and collaboration skills, including ability to facilitate decision-making and broker agreements amongst diverse, differing, and/or conflicting perspectives/priorities
  • Experience navigating complex matrixed organizations and teams.

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$133,300.00 - $237,100.00
