In this role, you will:
- Act as an expert to leadership to develop, influence, or lead the structuring, modification, and renewal of highly complex cash flow and real estate loans and certain other industry specific solutions with Mid-Corporate clients across groups and functions, by analyzing financials, presenting to clients, and coordinating with internal stakeholders
- Strategically lead and resolve for full suite of solutions offered by Wells Fargo to Mid-Corporate clients to meet highly complex and unique needs that require an in-depth evaluation across multiple areas of the enterprise, by engaging product organizations to develop client specific solutions, leveraging a solid understanding of clients' businesses, strategic objectives, operational priorities, and financial positions; may coordinate highly complex activities and provide guidance to others in growing relationships
- Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions within the Mid-Corporate Relationship Management group that are large-scale cross functional and companywide strategies
- Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise to improve processes and risk control, resolve client issues while achieving Wells Fargo's business objectives, and represent the company externally; serve as an expert advisor to leadership and a mentor for less experienced colleagues
- Review, understand and offer the full suite of solutions offered by Wells Fargo to commercial clients to meet highly complex needs that may require an in-depth evaluation, by engaging product organizations to develop client specific solutions, leveraging a solid understanding of clients' businesses, strategic objectives, operational priorities, and financial positions
- Drive relationship planning activities to deliver the full suite of solutions and maintain sales and pipeline disciplines, by keeping information current in relevant systems such as Customer Relationship Management systems
- Strategically support Business Development Representatives in sourcing new Commercial Banking clients, by cultivating relationships through your existing network
- Partner with Commercial Lending Product Management to provide vision, direction, and expertise to leadership on client and market needs to enable the innovation, design, and delivery of credit solutions more effectively, including large-scale, cross-functional, and companywide strategies

- 7+ years of Mid-Corporate Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 7+ years of Gaming relationship management experience or equivalent
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of core banking products and services, such as commercial lending and treasury management
- Successfully completed FINRA Series 63 and 79 exams to qualify for immediate registration (or FINRA recognized equivalents)
- Completion of formal credit training program
- Commercial banking account relationship management experience within the Mid-Corp segment
- Demonstrated experience working collaboratively to deliver the organization to clients and prospects
- Demonstrated experience generating new client relationships, building and retaining long-term client relationships
- Experience identifying and mitigating risk, ensuring compliance with processes and procedures
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Executive presence and the ability to drive outcomes through influencing at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated strategic vision with the ability to lead execution across multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to operate in a highly matrixed and global environment with multiple and senior stakeholders
- Master's degree from accredited institution or CFA
- This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
- This position offers a hybrid work schedule
- Obtaining and/or maintaining appropriate Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) license(s) is required for ongoing employment in this position. FINRA Series 63 and 79 examinations, or equivalent must be completed within either a 90 or 180-day time period following commencement of employment, depending upon the number of license(s) needed if not immediately available to transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted. This will be communicated at time of offer acceptance. Compliance with state law registration and licensing requirements is mandatory. In addition to state registration and licensing requirements, specific product licenses or SAFE licensing may apply. Additional requirements include meeting enhanced financial fitness and criminal background standards. Wells Fargo will initiate the FINRA licensing review process at the time of offer acceptance. For specific FINRA qualification exams obtained after 9/30/2018, the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam co-requisite is required
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
- Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired. Information will be shared about expectations during the recruitment process
- This position is subject to FINRA Background Screening Requirements, including successful completion and clearing of a background check. Internal transfers are subject to compliance with 17 CFR 240.17f-2 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and FINRA Bylaws, Article III, Section 3, which states that Associated Persons should not be subject to statutory disqualification. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and are required to report certain incidents
