About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Digital Product Manager to support our Chief Technology Office's Observability Team. This person will work closely across the Well Fargo enterprise organization, making informed decisions and prioritization across the portfolio of Observability solutions in order to enable the engineering teams to deliver the highest value capabilities at the highest quality at a high speed. This will enable the achievement of high value OKR's for Wells Fargo, our stakeholders and shareholders, while providing visibility and awareness across all key systems / technologies / business flows. The ideal candidate will have experience with observability, emerging logging technology, and a deep understanding of cloud platforms like GCP or Azure.

In this role, you will:
- Act as a high-level product manager supporting logging and security applications
- Lead transformational activities related to logging technologies like Splunk
- Lead the development and execution of complex digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have impact across the enterprise with broad impact
- Make decisions in digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area requiring strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements
- Actively own the prioritization of a clearly understood product area backlog aligned to product area vision and goals.
- Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence digital products, initiatives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs across a functional area within the Digital environment
- Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise
- Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking
- Coordinate highly complex activities and guidance to others
- Provide vision, direction and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have significant impact
- Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise
- Serve as an expert advisor to leadership
- 7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 7+ years' experience in two or more of the following tenets - Observability, Automation, Reliability, Resiliency, Scalability, Configuration Management & Actionable, Data Driven insights.
- 5+ years' experience with Observability/Monitoring/Logging tools: AppDynamics, Grafana, Big Panda, MoogSoft, Splunk, Netcool, Sitescope, Elastic, Kibana, Kafka, Traffic Manager, Message Processor, Filebeat, Basemon, CRIBL, etc.
- 5+ years of experience with cloud technology
- 5+ years of Experience with GCP or Azure
- 1+ years of Experience with Google Chronicle or Splunk Enterprise Security
- 1+ years of Experience with Google Cloud Logging or Splunk Enterprise
- 1+ years of experience with Cribl or Kafka data transport products
- 5+ years of experience leading large scale, very complex product portfolios with broad scope and impact across large organizations
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$120,400.00 - $287,600.00
