About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Management Consultant to support business management initiatives across Financial Crimes Operations.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide direct one-on-one support for the Head of Financial Crimes
  • Lead and execute financial plan accountability
  • Act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives, and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to BSA/AML that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large-scale solutions
  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale and cross organizational
  • Lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership
  • Provide direction to a cross functional team using business expertise

  • Lead business management, administrative, reporting, and operational activities
  • Oversee ad-hoc business initiatives from development through successful execution
  • Prepare presentations, management reporting, and data analysis
  • Challenge content within management reporting to ensure messaging of complex topics is clear, actionable, and appropriately presented for the audience
  • Lead the aggregation of data from multiple sources to provide a comprehensive assessment
  • Create reports, summaries, presentations, and process documents to display results
  • Collaborate with other team members to effectively analyze and present data
This role is known internally as a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant.

Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of Management Consulting, Strategy Consulting, or Business Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience and strong track record of success creating and executing strategic plans within a large complex organization, preferably a financial services organization
  • Experience in preparing presentations, management reporting and data analysis
  • Expert proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel, with experience in data visualization
  • Experience with ad-hoc business initiatives from development through successful execution
  • Strategic planning experience in translating leadership vision into executable strategies and initiatives
  • Knowledge and understanding of strategic planning and execution
  • Experience aggregating data from multiple sources to provide a comprehensive assessment
  • Program and project management skills
  • Experience in managing process improvement initiatives to optimize operational effectiveness and efficiencies
  • Change management experience within financial services industry
  • Able to influence and generate commitment to change across broad stakeholder groups
  • Ability to present and discuss information in a way that persuades, educates and enhances understanding at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to both think strategically and act tactically
  • Leads by example with high energy, transparency, relationship management, and influencing skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to lead during times of ambiguity and change
Job Expectations:

Ability to travel up to 20% of the time

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$120,400.00 - $287,600.00
