The Independent Testing & Validation team is responsible for the development and design of methodologies and standards for review activities across the Enterprise in alignment with the Risk Management Framework and ensuring effective and appropriate testing, validation, and documentation of review activities for risk programs, risks, and controls according to standards and other applicable policies.
The Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant will be part of the Independent Testing & Validation (IT&V) Business Initiatives & Execution (BIE) team responsible for providing operational support for IT&V. The Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant will be expected to be a functional expert in records management and will be responsible for the oversight and governance of IT&V's Shared Drive Record Retention Review control as well as various activities. The Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant will be the subject matter expert in Records Management, self-identified issue and are required to implement a control to adhere to the records management requirements for shared drives and SharePoints, this role will provide governance and oversight for all of IT&V, oversee our control, liaise with the Corporate Risk teams, execute our records management control as well as the IT&V access control.

In this role, you will:
- Lead and oversee record retention, shared drive and SharePoint oversight and governance for IT&V. This includes oversight of the shared drive and SharePoint Access Review control.
- Oversight of IT&V shared drive and SharePoint inventory to ensure that there is a business need for the creation of new drives and sites, as well as the continued maintenance of any existing.
- Lead the effort to transition IT&V teams to team-specific Confluence pages and reduce the number of individual SharePoint sites. Additionally, provide oversight and governance to the file exchange site that is used between the testing teams and business partners.
- Liaise with Enterprise and Corporate Risk Records Management points of contact on expectations and deliverables.
- Communicate expectations and deliverables to senior leaders and delegates, ensuring on-time completion and compliance with expectations.
- Lead ad-hoc key initiatives for IT&V from ideation to implementation.
- Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives. Some of which to include communications, access request reviews, oversight, and governance, etc.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metrics.
- Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations.
- Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables.
- Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business.
- Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management.
- Lead through influence, often without direct authority, persuading through use of data and facts.
- Adjust and adapt to the rolling, day-to-day changes that transpire in the running of programs/initiatives.
- 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
- Ability to assess issues, make quick decisions, implement solutions, and influence change.

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$120,400.00 - $250,000.00
